Each meal box has a Curry or Sauce (such as Subzi, Daal, Pasta Sauce, etc.), a Carb or bread (such as pasta, Roti, Bread etc.), a side (such as Salad or Yogurt) and some have extras (such as Chutney or parmasan cheese)
The more "number of days" you add to your plan, the more you SAVE/meal!
Dinner (Meals) are delivered between 2:30pm - 7:30pm. If you choose "Dinner and Lunch" plan (currently, lunch is delivered with your dinner, so you can take it with you to work - refrigerate, heat and eat.)
