    No, Good Tiffin only serves vegetarian meals.

  2. How long will food remain fresh?

    Our meals are cooked and delivered the same day. We advise to consume meals the same day. However, you can refrigerate meals up to 48 hours.

  3. What if I have a food allergy?

    Our meals are prepared without any nuts or eggs, but please let us know of any specified food allergies.

  4. Preferred Payment Methods

    We only accept credit cards payments for the time being.

  5. What areas do you deliver?

    Currently we provide delivery service to Brampton (East), Mississauga (Square One area), Rexdale, Etobicoke (North). Check postal codes on "Get Started" Page:

  6. What are your delivery timings?

    We deliver the meals between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM every day.

  7. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your weekly renewal.

  8. What if I am not home during the time of the delivery?

    We will leave the meal package at your doorstep with secure packaging to protect from bad weather conditions and you will be notified through a text message.

  9. Is there a family package?

    Unfortunately, we do not serve family packages currently. Please stay connected with us for any future changes.

  10. Does my subscription auto renew?

    Yes, at checkout you have the choice of a one-time purchase (one week) or opting for a subscription (for a certain discount) that auto renews every week.

  11. Are there any delivery charges?

    No, delivery is included in our subscription packages.

  12. I live in an apartment. Can I still get Good Tiffin?

    Yes, please let us know if your building allows us to leave the meal package with security or delivery to your apartment door.
