Chana Dal (Split-Chickpeas Curry)

This dish is made from split chickpeas (also used for gram flour) and is full of protein and flavour.  Another traditional meal in North India.  This is definetly a meal with alot of health banifits, since it cooked with ginger, gralic and turmaric.
